5 delivery options available on our website , Express, Relais pick up, home, via Colisimo or Chronopost with a guaranteed delivery the next day before 1 p.m. and even on Saturdays!
We ship the same day for orders placed before 3 p.m. on working days.
Delivery is free for orders over €150 (incl. VAT) to a delivery point for orders under 20kg. Orders over 30kg are shipped on pallets via Geodis.
Express delivery with Chronopost:
An urgent need? Don't panic, you can have your order delivered the next day before 1pm, either to your home or to one of our 10,200 delivery outlets.
Chronopost is still the most suitable offer for your Express delivery needs in France. Parcel entrusted on Friday, delivered on Saturday before 1 p.m. anywhere in France.
Delivery within 48 hours with Colissimo:
The best value for money, you are delivered 48 hours after your order. Directly to your home or letterbox, and if you are absent you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office or Pick Up relay.
Delivery to a Pick Up relay point cannot exceed 20kg

You must notify us within 7 working days of placing your order if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can quickly make a claim against the carrier and rectify the problem. Please quote your transport number for all claims.
You accept that the proof of transport provided by the Colissimo carrier is sufficient evidence that you have received your order.
