If an error is made when placing an order, you can contact us as soon as possible using the contact details above. Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of confirmation by our services.
Payment in 3 instalments with Alma:
Payment in 3 instalments by bank card is available for orders of between €250 and €2000 including VAT.
The instalments are debited from your bank card as follows: 1st instalment on the day of the order, 2nd instalment on the 30th day and 3rd instalment on the 60th day.
If you pay for your order in instalments, you accept Alma's general customer terms and conditions as well as Alma's special terms and conditions for Devilish Tattoo - FL Distribution customers.

Payment in 4 instalments with Paypal:
Payment in 4 instalments appears as a payment method for eligible basket values of between €30 and €2,000. After your request, you will receive a decision within seconds, although not all requests are approved.
Availability depends on a number of variables. In particular, you must be a registered French resident and over 18 to apply. You must also have a PayPal account in good standing or open a PayPal account with a valid debit card or registered verified bank account.
PayPal does not charge any account set-up or late fees when you pay with 4X Payment. However, if your refund is returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason, your financial institution or bank may charge you a fee.
Your individual subscription will last 3 months in total. The deposit will be due at the time of the transaction and 3 subsequent payments will be made automatically once a month thereafter.

Shipping and Handling:
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 24 hours and are delivered within a maximum of 48 hours. (Excluding exceptional circumstances beyond our control)
In the case of payment by cheque, the order will only be sent once the cheque has been received.
The delivery times normally observed with the Colissimo service are 48 working hours (delivery from Monday to Saturday) and 24 hours with the chronopost service.
The times for in-store collection are 48 working hours once the order has been confirmed by our services. Customers are notified by telephone of the availability of their order. Orders can be collected from our depot at the following address: 2 rue Lamartine, 18390 St Germain du Puy
You must notify us within 7 working days of placing the order if the goods are lost or have been damaged in transit so that we can make a claim quickly with the carrier and rectify the problem. Please quote your transport number for all claims.
You accept that the proof of transport provided by the carrier Colissimo is sufficient proof that you have received your order.
5 delivery options available on our site , Express , Relais pick up , home , via Colisimo or Chronopost with a guarantee of delivery the next day before 1 p.m. and even on Saturdays!
We dispatch same day orders placed before 3 p.m. on working days.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over €150 including VAT to a relay point for orders under 20kg. Orders over 30kg are shipped on pallets via Geodis.
Express delivery with UPS:
Once your Devilish Tattoo order has been placed, processed and prepared by us with the utmost care, your parcel will be sent by UPS.
Your order will be delivered the same day, within 1 to 2 working days.
Express delivery with Chronopost:
An urgent need? Don't panic, you can have your parcel delivered the next day before 1 p.m., either to your home or to one of our 10,200 delivery outlets.
Chronopost is still the best option for express delivery in France. Parcel entrusted on Friday, delivered on Saturday before 1 p.m. anywhere in France.

Pallet delivery with GEODIS:
Geodis Messagerie France "On Demand": this service offers standard delivery within 3 days, and can be used to send parcels weighing up to 70 kilos, with a maximum length of 300 cm and a height of 180 cm.
The "On Demand" delivery option allows you to make an appointment online for delivery.
Delivery against signature at the foot of the building.
The delivery time depends on the destination from Metropolitan France:
- 48 hours (2 working days): to Metropolitan France, Monaco and the French overseas departments and territories (1)
- 11 to 31 days (indicative time, excluding customs processing): to French overseas departments and territories. The delivery time depends on the package chosen (Colissimo Eco OM or Colissimo OM) and the Overseas destination of your shipment. Find out more.
- 3 to 8 days (indicative time, excluding customs processing): to international destinations. To find out more, please consult our international delivery time calculator.
La Poste makes every effort to meet these delivery times. However, an incident beyond our control may cause a delay, for example in the event of exceptional bad weather or an incident related to the shipment (damage due to insufficient packaging, illegible or incomplete address, etc.).
Important: for international destinations and the French Overseas Departments and Territories, Colissimo is heavily dependent on the air and sea capacities available at any given time. To find out more about delivery times to these destinations, please consult our News section.

Late delivery or lost parcel
The delivery service we offer is very reliable. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may go astray. In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date we indicated in the dispatch e-mail, we ask you to inform us of this delay by sending us an e-mail indicating the Order number and the tracking number(contact@devilish-tattoo.fr). We will then contact La Poste to request an investigation.
A colissimo investigation can take up to 21 days from the date the investigation begins. If the product is found during this period, it will be sent to your home address immediately (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, La Poste considers the parcel to be lost. It is only then that we can send you a replacement product, at our expense. If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at that time, we will proceed to issue a credit note for the amount of the products affected by the carrier's loss. If the product(s) is/are still available, but the selling price has changed on the site, we will not apply the new selling price.
We accept no responsibility for longer delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products or strikes.
With regard to collection points:
With Colissimo Point Retrait you have a choice of several collection methods for collecting your parcel. You have 10 working days to collect your parcel from a post office or Pick Up relay and you have 3 working days from a Pick Up locker. If you exceed this period, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and you will have to pay a fee to send it back to your home.
Out-of-stock orders:
All our products are in stock and can be delivered within 48 hours. When a product is not in stock, a note indicating that it has been restocked is displayed on the product sheet.
The lead times then observed are from 3 to 10 days.
After this time, we will contact you ourselves to offer you a full refund for your product or for the unavailable products, a credit note for the products in the order or for the unavailable products, or an exchange of the unavailable products for products available in stock. If you still wish to wait, lead times may be extended up to 90 days.
Prices:
SARL FL Distribution reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

We offer you a loyalty programme which is active after your first order. It is defined as follows:
20€ order = 1 point

Validity of points = 1 year

Guarantee:
"Electronic" items (Power supply, Thermocopier, Rotary machine) are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of receipt, but require a return to SAV (at your expense) which can take between 4 and 8 weeks.
Product photos are not contractual and may sometimes change depending on arrivals.
Privacy policy:
SARL FL Distribution does not disclose buyer information to third parties other than when order details are treated as part of the fulfilment of the order. In this case, the third party will not reveal any of the details to any other third party.
Returns Policy:
Your right to return goods is protected by the European Directive governing Mail Order Sales.
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a credit note, excluding delivery costs provided that the item together with its accessories and box if any, is in the condition in which you received it unused. To do this, contact us by e-mail or telephone and quote the order number you have been given.
Your credit note will be issued within 48 hours. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and for any loss of the parcel.
