A receiving tube is an indispensable tool in the world of piercing, playing a crucial role in the piercing process.

It is specially designed to receive and orientate the piercing jewellery through the newly drilled hole in the skin, offering essential precision and comfort. This device is frequently used for piercings where the jewellery needs to be inserted at a specific angle or in areas of the body that are difficult to access.

The design of this receiving tube is based on the selection of safe and sterile materials, such as surgical steel. It takes the form of a tube open at one end, allowing the piercing jewellery to be inserted
beforehand.

Its use is perfectly integrated into the piercing process. When the piercer creates a new hole in the skin, the receiving tube is deployed to receive the piercing jewellery, which has been previously inserted into the open end of the tube. The tool is then positioned to align the jewel precisely with the piercing hole, making it easier to insert the jewel.

The added value of the receiving tube lies in its ability to minimise friction between the jewel and the edges of the piercing hole. This feature significantly reduces trauma, pain and potential complications when inserting the jewellery.

Finally, once the piercing jewellery is correctly in place, the receiving tube is carefully removed, leaving the jewellery in the piercing without obstruction.

Insertion guides are available in the following gauges:

3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6.5 mm, 10 mm
