Thisis a very intense black, ideal for graphic eyeliners and mid-liner.
The Royal Black pigment is a very deep, rich black. It is composed partly of carbon black and partly of iron oxides, which retains its black tint but does not last as long in the skin and needs to be touched up every 1 or 2 years.
