Rounded Magnum needles, also known as Soft Magnum, Soft Edge Magnum, or Round Magnum, are the ultimate version for refined shading. Used like classic magnums, these needles are welded in an arch shape, offering more even ink dispersion and a more consistent line. This unique design reduces skin trauma, making these needles ideal for light shading and subtle fills. They allow for the creation of delicate shades without marking the edges, offering an extraordinarily smooth finish, perfect for realistic tattoo styles.

What needle size for tattooing? Depending on the desired outcome, the 5RM is ideal for small shading areas and fine details. The 7RM is perfect for slightly larger shading areas, while maintaining high precision. The 9RM, on the other hand, is suitable for medium shading areas, balancing filling and detail. The 11RM is used for larger areas, allowing for efficient work on more extensive surfaces. The 13RM is ideal for filling large areas, offering good coverage while minimising the number of passes. Finally, the 15RM and above are made for very large areas of shading and filling, ensuring maximum coverage with less trauma to the skin.
